Child employment laws in Western Australia.
The Children and Territory Services Act 2004 [WA] provides that children beggary to be 15 eld of age to be engaged in part-time, perfunctory, or leisure jobs, tho' there are several exceptions when junior children can be hired. Children older between 13 and 15 geezerhood may be hired in a class, retail outlet, restaurant, delivering newspapers or pamphlets, or assembling shopping trolleys between 6am and 10pm and if the transmute is part building hours.
Children between 10 and 13 age may be hired to return newspapers, pamphlets, or business substance provided the acquisition is between the hours of 6am and 7pm and surface building hours. These restrictions do not relate where children are reserved in business as break of an adjudicator educational curriculum.
