SINGAPORE - The general practitioner who has been jailed five times between 2005 and last year for refusing to pay maintenance to his ex-wife and children has
been hauled to court for failing do so again.
Dr Andrew Chee Weng Kheong, 56, who is also bankrupt, had stopped paying the S$5,000 per month maintenance ordered by the court since February 2009, and
is seeking to show he does not have the means to do so.
His former wife Elizabeth Lim, 50, filed the contempt of court order - the third so far - for not paying the court-ordered maintenance which is in arrears of S
$115,000.

I think some of us wish that those who did not follow orders would have this style of justice dropped on them!
