My concern for the motoring public, which includes myself is that in most of the reports of an accident, there is usually the phrase "it is believed that the driver was under the influence of", or " it is believed that the driver fell asleep", or "the driver seemed to have lost control of the vehicle" .
No one seems to be ever sure of what caused the accident and I cannot understand why there is no official investigation of these incidents/accidents where the final reports are made public so that we may all benefit from the results of these investigations.
This writer addresses the issue at http://glivingstone.com/blog/MVA_investigation2.htm, an article probably a little too long for this particular forum, and provides justification for this argument.
