Hello there, recently I made a post regarding I was feeling discriminated against after returning from maternity leave. i sought independent legal advice and had two submitted claims against the company on my behalf. At the moment the advice i was seeking is away on holiday and I am in a world of pain at work with (to put it simply) people being untoward. Can anyone shed any light on the matter if after a claim is made to the department of human rights, can I resign from my employer and continue the claim or if I leave voluntarily will I generally loose all my rights? I am utterly miserable there!

thanks,
Jamal
