The company I work for has been having cash-flow problems. They were unable to pay salaries last month and part of the previous month. The employees agreed to wait through it.

They were working through things but today they informed all employees they were retrenching everyone.

We were expecting them to go into administration and we would get some of the money owed to us through sale of assets and/or GEERS.

We have since found out that they do not intend to go into administration.

We have all talked to Fairwork Australia, the ATO (super) and ASIC (if they are trading whilst insolvent) and they are all investigating.

What steps can we take to push them into administration? There are 15 or so people owed 2 months of pay plus other entitlements.

The company is registered in Victoria.

Thanks,
Mr Khaled
