As law provides, a commonwealth, sate or territory minister in charge of consumer affairs can issue a safety warning with regards to a consumer product or product related service. Such notice will be published on the internet. The safety warning will state that the good or service in question is being investigated to determine whether it may injure someone directly or indirectly, when it is used in a “reasonably foreseeable” way. Also the safety notice will include possible risks in using the goods or services in question.
