In cases of national origin discrimination, it is most typically conceived that a case arises when minority workers are being discriminated against in favor of non-minority employees. However, that would be like saying it is only sexual harassment if a male boss requests sexual favors from his female assistant. Just as sexual harassment can manifest itself in any number of scenarios, so too can cases of national origin discrimination.
