NSW Young Lawyers is an unaffiliated organization, though a department of the Law Society, with its Constitution, Office Bearers and Executive Council. In early 2009, Smallwoods transferred from its premises in Dee Why, where it had been for in excess of 24 years, to new modern premises at 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale providing up-to-date facilities for conferences with clients, holding seminars and providing better accessibility and parking for clients.
