Those conjoined Supreme Court of Victoria / Federal Magistrates Court judicial proceedings that will never have been initiated against me in the first place. While the lawyers who perpetrated, allowed, permitted, and covered-up these crimes and corruptions arising from those procedures would likely not have got the prosecutions and convictions and the jail-terms that they've now acquired and thoroughly deserved if the laws of 2012 were unchanged from what they were in 2004, I am confident that they would not have had the audacity to try these daylight thieves in and through such excessive abuses of judicial, bureaucratic and professional functions.
I am not discussing the entertainment sector and other sectors which have been caught up in this. Why could we not have an amendment to shut the stores at 7 ’clock on New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve and Good Friday eve? That would accommodate what a lot of people want. They need to find a way to go home and prepare a meal and spend some family time, or socialise a small bit using their friends or possibly go to church on Christmas Eve, or make the meal so that they can go to church or have family over—whatever they want—on Christmas day.
