The Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland (EWOQ)is a free, fair and independent dispute resolution service if you're not able to resolve a complaint together with your electricity, gas or water supplier. With offices in Brisbane, Rockhampton and Cairns they can perform directly with you and your provider to investigate and resolve complaints.
