I currently reside in Utah and am working remotely for a large corporation in Maryland. They have well over 1000 employees and many work from home. I am a full time exempt employee and have been working for this company for 8 months. My husband has accepted a job in California and we will be moving in February. I have heard that my company does not hire or employ California residents. Can I be fired for moving to California? Thanks for your help with this!
