What is Public Liability?
Public insurance provides protection for people who would otherwise need to pay Common Law awards. Public Liability policies square measure usually open-ended therein they cowl all liability in respect of a specific location or activity, unless excluded by the policy phrasing. Despite this technical purpose, Public insurance will in impact give money protection for slashed persons, to the extent that any parties found responsible for damages wouldn't rather be able to pay the compensation awarded.
Public insurance doesn't give direct compensation for slashed persons. Rather, compensation is provided by the Common Law application of the principle of wrongful conduct, though the applying of wrongful conduct law is well influenced by the existence of insurance.
