On 6/21/2012 I accepted a job to start on 8/1/2012. In July (unsure of exact date but was in the first half of the month), I received a call stating the person who hired me was no longer with the company - this person was her boss and wanted to introduce himself. I asked him at this time if there was anything I needed to worry about since my boss just left the company and he assured me there was nothing to worry about. A few days later I received a call from my new boss who's title had "Interim" in it. I asked him the same thing and he assured me there was nothing to worry about. I started the new job and ask my boss again if there's anything to worry about and he assures me again.
Fast forward 78 days to 10/17/2012
My boss (who's title is still interim) calls me to his office where his boss (the first person who called me) is also sitting. They explain to me that the company has made a decision to close this office and relocate all jobs to a location over 5 hours away (to the place the interim boss works from). I don't remember much from this talk because I was now worried about my personal situation, obviously. Over the course of the next couple weeks, I come to find out that they knew this information was finalized before I started employment.
Is there grounds for a legal suit? I know fighting this over the "At-will" piece will be difficult, but is there some kind of fraudulant misrepresentation?
