Stress, or stressors are something that people undergo every day. The term ‘psychological injury’ describes a range of conditions relating to the functioning of peoples’ minds. While promoted by workplace stressors, these conditions can be caused by physical injuries, disease, exposure to toxins or underlying psychiatric issues.
