Affiliates will feel better protected against the franchisor. It will also be easier for prospective franchisees find the most reliable partners and make your own decision. The law has changed the attitude of the franchisees, especially those who have entered the market after entry into force of the law. This is at the core of the law, which has forced the franchisees to better identify and transfer the know-how to the franchisees, thus avoiding the "sale of smoke" that sometimes in the past has tarnished the image of the true franchise.
