If you ever get injured during working hours? All you have to do is give a notice to your employer of the injury that occurred while on the job or during working hours by filing a written notice first. That will make you to qualify for workers comp as long as it is within 30 days from the incident. If you can't, two years is the absolute limit. But the longer that time goes on, the less of a chance you have to receive your workers comp.
The option of hiring a lawyer to make sure that you get what you deserve is the right thing to do. Not only will you be compensated for your losses, but it will take away the possibility of stress from financial woes.
