Personal injury can be sustained in many different ways. For example, you may be injured at work, in a car accident or whilst on the property of another person. In all cases, somebody owes you a duty of care and if they breach their duty of care to you, and you suffer loss, you may claim compensation from that person. This is the Law.
In certain circumstances, such as at work, there is no need to prove negligence (a duty of care, etc) to be entitled to receive compensation. However time limits do apply so it is important that you talk to a personal injury lawyer today
